Asbestos air testing is an essential check for the fibre levels in the air. You can rely on us to provide quality air testing services. Asbestos Air Testing to obtain your Clear Air Certificate

Samples of air will be checked at the clients' premises to test if any fibres found are within the legal limit of 0.01 fibres per cubic centimetre of air.

Micron Analytical is accredited by UKAS to ISO/IEC 17025 to sample and count fibres away from a permanent fixed laboratory to HSG248 Asbestos: The analysts’ guide. With our air testing services, we offer a wide range of monitoring services:

• Site clearance certification - 4 stage testing to ISO17025
Stage 1: Preliminary check of site condition and job completeness.
Stage 2: A thorough visual inspection inside the enclosure/work area.
Stage 3: Air monitoring.
Stage 4: Final assessment post-enclosure/work area dismantling.

UKAS Inspection 1

Compliance sampling - assessment for need for respirator protection. This area falls under the requirements of CAR2012 Reg 21 which requires that all such testing for the presence of airborne asbestos fibres is undertaken only by a laboratory accredited by UKAS to ISO/IEC 17025. Naturally, we hold this accreditation.
