UKAS Accredited Step-by-Step Asbestos Checks to ISO17025 Standards

When your contractors have finished, one of our asbestos consultants will carry out a preliminary check of the enclosure and work area via a viewing panel or CCTV inspection. Once satisfied that the area is safe, there will be a thorough visual inspection to ensure the area is dry, clean and there is no evidence of any remaining dust or debris.

A rigorous 4 Stage Clearance will be carried out by our BOHS / RSPH certified staff. Providing every stage of the four stage clearance passes, a Certificate for Reoccupation will be issued.
